Cuckoo Clock  (one flew over the cuckoos nest)    

Have been doing some pondering after picking up my 35 year old cuckoo clock yesterday. It's been fixed and good as new, going to a special new owner. Did you know in the inner workings of a cuckoo clock is a spiral (spirals are very important for those who don't know). Spirals are thought by great mathematicians to hold the key to life. Isn't it funny that a spiral would be the thing that sets off the beautiful sound of the cuckoo....... and the cuckoo is symbolic of "madness" (insanity). They say that madness and genius are very closely related......... just sayin' :)
